Summary
The design included more teaming and informal interaction spaces, more supports for virtual individual and group work, more integrating learning into everyday work experience and greater flexibility. The proposed workplace also encourages a relaxed engagement with colleagues to promote a sense of community. Modern innovative furniture systems that transcend changes in technology and workplace habits were installed to ensure the spaces remain relevant now and in the future. The purposed office is a living area encompassing a work-life balance.
